Thursdays 7:00 to 8:30pm Mixed class Saturdays 8:00 to 9:00am (by arrangement) at John Skillen's gym Safety and security - After reviewing the safety aspects of training including the need for a properly structured warm-up, late entry into classes for junior and novice members is no longer allowed. Please arrive for your class in good time and start by jogging loose. The next Promotion Tests will take place on Thursday 26th August. The last date test applications may be submitted is Thursday 5th August. There will be an open meeting for all club members from 7:00pm on Thursday 2nd September. GJEC Osu!
