That's all, really. If, say, you hate doing burpees and you only manage ten that's where you'll want to stop. If you keep going one day and do two more feeble ones you've proved something to yourself. Next time you'll manage 13 and they'll be better. Soon you'll be doing 20 good ones, or 30, more than you'd have believed. Never set yourself artificial limits. Never give up.
